Guests have access to most of the resident facilities on Level 7 of the Queen’s Wharf Residences, which may include the pool, gym, outdoor terrace, and lounge areas.
Please note that access to these amenities is managed by the building, and availability can occasionally change due to maintenance, cleaning schedules, or private events.
While we do our best to ensure your stay includes full access, we can’t guarantee that all facilities will be available during your stay — though they usually are.
Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $200.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ $450 pet damage deposit fee which is refundable after stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out
We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.
Check-in from 3PM | Check-out by 10AM Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
