With 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, this terrific apartment offers heating, a hair dryer, an iron, and AC for your comfort. Relax in the tranquil ambiance of this space and enjoy a peaceful stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

    Guest Verification & Security Deposit

    Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

    Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

    ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
    ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

    It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!

    Pet-Friendly (By Request)
    We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
    ➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
    ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
    ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out

    We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.
