    This fully furnished 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 6 guests and is perfect for families, business travellers and small groups. The home features a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, air conditioning, laundry facilities and free parking.

    The property includes one bathroom with a bathtub and shower, plus a separate toilet for added convenience.

    Located in a quiet and convenient area, close to Garden City Shopping Centre, restaurants, cafes, public transport, Nissan Arena and QSAC. Brisbane CBD is only a short drive away, and the Gold Coast is approximately 40 minutes away.
