    Guests have private access to the entire property, with the exception of the garden shed.

    **Strictly No Parties.** Any parties will result in a police report being filed, immediate cancellation of the booking, and no refund.

    There are security cameras on the premises; however, they are covered with black cloth and are not in use. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house.

    Please note that we occasionally schedule professional gardeners to visit the property for routine maintenance. They will only access the outdoor areas and will not enter the house.
