Accommodating up to 9 guests, this gorgeous inner city property, has been recently renovated, furnished to perfection, and boasts city views and celebrates all that Brisbane has to offer.
With 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom, this property celebrates all that an inner city suburb of Brisbane has to offer. Enjoy time off with the family, and choose to relax on the deck of the large outdoor area, have a hit of tennis on the shared tennis court, and relax in the private heated spa with fencing to keep kids safe.
This property provides the perfect retreat to unwind and escape the city, whilst still being a stone's-throw away from the action, in the wonderful suburb of Tarragindi.

(Based on availability) - Hotel-quality linen provided upon arrival.
NOTE: The tennis court lights is not to be used past 8pm include that music used when on tennis court must not be loud Guests needs to bring their own racquettes

- As a rule we only take families. - The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. - All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children. - Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group. - We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. - Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am. - A pet fee of $37 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement. - We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification. - We also require a Security deposit $1000 which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. - All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. - Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation - Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond

Nice comfortable home with great outdoor facilities. Beds very comfortable, and plenty of room inside and out for a group of people.

Great long weekend down for Magic round, was in a nice quiet area but only short transport into the cbd. Tennis court, spa and other amenities offered a good source of entertainment when away from the cbd. Great stay.
Mostly a good place to stay. Lovely sitting out on the deck in the sun and glad the flight path changed on the second day. Disappointed couldn’t use the tennis court though and the driveway is crazy steep and narrow.
