This property is not acceptable to be used as accomadation! Carpet was filthy, showers had only had a quick wipe over with some sort of chemical with residue still remaining over the whole shower. Beds were rock hard foam mattresses (and I mean ROCK HARD) aircon in the lounge room and family room only and no fans at all. The one tv in the property was small and very old. It didnt have any channels what so ever. When asked about a tv that worked, I was told to plug a computer into it. We went out for the day and left the aircon on so it would be nice and cool to come back to. I recieved a message to say they had turned the A/C off and as its expensive to run, I would be charged 1 an hour if I wanted to turn it back on. The master bedroom consisted of 2 single beds side by side with no topper. Bath room lightswitch in ensuite was broken with potential for electric shock and the lights or fan did not work.the lounge room had a 2 seater lounge and 2 floor lounge cushion things and 2 sunbeds. Cleaning equipment (sponge etc) was used and filthy. The house had a very unpleasant odour, as well as all the linen. The hosts were still at the property living in the garage and backyard and using the outdoor area to sit through the day. They had blocked off the sliding doors to the back yard with semi seethough curtains. Outside the laundry door was a mess with rubbish and renovating tools/equipment that looked like it has been there for some time. There is more but have run out of room
