"Our stay was overall good. However, we had some issues when arriving as they wouldn't let us in to the hotel before we paid for our visit (our booking was meant to be paid in the reception and they didn't have one) meaning we couldn't access the hotel and even less the room before we paid (which we couldn't). Lots of phone calls later we were let in. From there on the place was nice and the cleaning/service staff super kind. We weren't placed in the room we booked and instead ended up on ground...

"Loved the location and the hotel itself. Unfortunately, there is a bar directly across the street that played extremely loud music from about 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. The noise was so intense that our room literally shook, and we ended up losing two nights of sleep. We spoke with hotel staff both evenings, but the issue was never resolved. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, this likely isn’t the right spot. If you’re looking for a lively, party atmosphere, it might be a good fit."
