"Kind of disappointed The site stated a restaurant available- I found it was closed . The site said my room as ocean view but assigned to street view the rep. Was nice to move me up a room with ocean view but I didn’t see any ocean . 😕"

"Painfully average hotel. In-room hair dryer and iron were terrible. Iron leaked water all over my clothes instead of steaming. The bathroom door was awfully inconvenient to work around just to get to the shower. After flying in I wanted to have a long hot shower and I was met with a subpar fan to ventilate the steam, so the smoke detector started going off. Thankfully I spent almost zero time in my room during my trip. Not sure it was worth the amount I paid."

"The staff at the hotel was exceptional. I visited with a party of five, which included two babies—one aged 10 months and the other 9 years—along with my husband and a disabled adult. The hotel was very accommodating, providing us with a handicap-accessible room. I frequently contacted the front desk for assistance, and they were always patient and helpful. However, we were disappointed with the air conditioning units in both of our rooms. During the day, the rooms were freezing cold, which was challenging since three family members depended on me for various needs. At night, our room became uncomfortably hot, which was unfortunate. I raised this issue and received a box fan, but it didn’t help much. This discomfort led to my lower rating, despite everything else being wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast With the amazing beach front view of Silverdale. "

"The staff is extremely pleasant. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was coffee and bagels with cream cheese, butter or jelly, which was perfect for us. It's not fancy, the price is right and we would not hesitate to stay next time we are in Poulsbo."
