"Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were extra nice. Breakfast was wonderful, exercise room equipment was worn but useable. Pools were nice.,the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will stay again!"

"Lovely property centrally located on the East coast of Seneca lake with access to the lake. Great home base for trips to Watkins Glen, Taughanack and Ithaca. .Quick trip to great hiking and biking. .Surrounded by vineyards and wonderful restaurants. Cottages are immaculate and comfortable. Most have view of the lake and Seneca sunsets!"

"Our room wasn’t quite ready for us at check-in time, but Shelby managed the delay well by offering us a complimentary drink at the bar. While the breakfast staffing was a bit minimal, but they were super nice and efficient. The South Forest room was cute and clean, and the temp control was perfect. All around nice stay for three nights."

"I will be staying here when I return to the area. From the staff to the room to the grounds it is evident that the family runs this place with pride. I meet a few of the family members and they were friendly, helpful and a great to talk to. There are 2 historic homes beside each other in a quiet neighborhood. The grounds behind the homes are well maintained with birds and deer in the mornings."
