"We finally found a hotel in Switzerland with air conditioning...it was very much needed after a long day of hiking. All of the staff we had contact with were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is very well located in a lovely pedestrian only part of town surrounded by great restaurants, easy walk from the train station. We loved the view from our balcony. The honesty bar was an added bonus and breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland. I would go out of my way to stay in this hotel again."

"I'll start this review by saying that this hotel gets a lot of things right, and I would stay here again. It's a self-check-in hotel so there wasn't really any staff interaction but that was fine. There were a few things around the edges that would have made the experience a little better... the floor in my room could have been swept a little better, the bed and pillow could have been a little firmer, a few more veg/vegan options for breakfast. But if you're looking for a good hotel walking distance from the train at a fair rate, definitely consider this one."

"This hotel is beautiful! The room was very clean, modern, and spacious—just what we needed. It’s within walking distance of the train station to Zermatt. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zermatt. The dining options at the hotel were also great."
