"They did NOT explain about the deposit policy, which i didn't know about until check in. They tried to charge me for the room twice, turns out that they have had a problem with people using a unknown credit or debit card, then before check out, taking the card off their account so they would get a free room, sometimes they would stay for a week and the hotel wouldn't get paid. So beware, you will only be charged once !!"
