Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home except the locked hallway linen closet and secured laundry cabinets.

Parking is available for up to six vehicles in the driveway.

The home's front entrance is ground level. Access to the backyard, fire pit, and dock is via exterior stairs from the rear deck. A ramp provides access to the dock.

• Lake Bridgeport water levels naturally fluctuate throughout the year and may affect dock tie-up depending on conditions.
• Texas fishing licenses are required for guests age 17 and older.
• Please help protect Texas lakes by cleaning, draining, and drying all boats and equipment before launching in another body of water to prevent the spread of invasive zebra mussels.
