Beautiful, quite, fully furnished spacious, 4 bedrooms, 6 beds available in this peaceful quite home, two bedrooms, living room and kitchen on the first floor, two bedrooms on the upper floor. Central location to restaurants, movie theater, beach, parks, downtown businesses, with washer and dryer, central air and heat in this beautiful small home. Peaceful and private back yard, this is a centrally located quite place to spend time with your love one(s) or get away and recoup.
The space
You will have all access to the property except the garage. The driveway is an active driveway for the car park in the garage. You can park in the driveway when you are there in the home. If you are going out in another vehicle please park the vehicle in the driveway on the street. So that we have access to the garage/ driveway. OFF STREET PARKING IS AVAILABLE Again Guests can park on the street or in the driveway of the property if they are home. You will be notified if the car will need to be taken out of the garage.
Guest access
This is a beautiful small home and all of the property is accessible by the guest. Except the garage. Please be aware there is a “lighted switch”on the wall near the front door by the living room light switches. “PLEASE DO NOT PRESS THIS SWITCH” because it will open the garage door.” This switch does have a protective cover. You can hear the garage door being open if it is press. If you accidentally press this switch and open the garage door, just press it again to close the garage door. Any items on the property used by guest must be left in the same position found after the guest have used and clean the items. The basement is an open unfinished basement and the laundry room is located in the basement to the right of the stairs. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE OR RELOCATE OR MISPLACE any items in any locations on the premises. Please if used return items in the position it was found. Thank you in advance, smile!
Other things to note
No pets, no smoking are allow due to possible allergies to other guest inside of the home, no party, or events are allowed inside the home. Parties and Smoking can be done OUTSIDE the home and any debris must be clean up and disposed of carefully AS PER THE GARBAGE & RECYCLE STANDARD. No additional guests are allowed to stay inside the home unless host is notify and agree to host the additional guest, there will be an extra charge per guest. Guest(s) will be responsible to maintain and clean up all garbage/debris they created and leave the home in the condition they received it upon admission / check in. PLEASE NOTE any damages to the property by any occupants will be paid for by the guest.
