Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen."

This was absolutely perfect and the location was great since we could walk to the venue as well as a great restaurant we found nearby. There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again if we are in the area."

"We came up from Manhattan on the train to visit my son who lives in downtown. The apartment met all our needs and the managers were very responsive. There is not much in the immediate vicinity in terms of shops/coffee but we walked to downtown in 25 minutes. One of the beds was much less comfortable than the other. Overall, great and quiet for the price point"

"Only stayed one night as we were passing through town. But loved this townhouse. Beautifully decorated, comfortable. Lovely little touches like noise machines in the bedrooms and canisters of Qtips in the bath. Can’t comment on the kitchen as we didn’t use it. But all was great!"

"I really liked the space - it is very clean and no surprises per the photos. This is only an 8-10 minute drive to the village center, and an easy drive to some nearby parks. Also, there are several very good places to eat within a 10 minute walk or so. It is right on a very busy road but, as others note, it quiets down by bedtime. I had all I needed - lots of light, several places to sit and work, and super clean. The downstairs shared work space is really remarkable. I wish that I had been...

"I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building. "
