"Lovely spot, staff excellent, homemade, organic and locally sourced breakfast. Lacked an evening restaurant and options in Chinon in October were a little limited as off season. Great location to explore Chinon wines and Cremant near Saumur. Fontevraud-l’Abbaye was an interesting place to visit."

"An excellent stay in an excellent property. I did not see another person while in the mill and just a few on the grounds leaving and entering. Despite that everything you need is withing 15 minutes drive. It is a perfect balance."
