Great house in a fantastic area

We had a great stay. Both the house and the surrounding area were fantastic. The matras on the double bed downstairs could maybe be replaced. It was not that comfortable for us. But this was more than compensated by the rest of the house and surroundings.

Excellent location for climbing and cycling

Lovely chalet in a great location for summer cycling, climbing and running. Added to that all the available walks and closeness to Briancon for cultural activities made it a fantastic trip in early summer 2022.

Vacances agréables dans ce chalet très fonctionnel.Quelques éléments sont malgré tout à noter.L'annonce ne précisait pas que si on souhaitait utiliser le bain norvégien, un forfait bois était à régler.De plus, le bain à remous de l'étage était hors service.Le petit jardin mériterait également un fauchage des hautes herbes ainsi qu'un désherbage de la terrasse.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille, dans ce superbe chalet très bien équipé et vraiment bien situé. La météo était exceptionnelle, mais tout est prévu sur place si l'on a moins de chance (ping-pong, babyfoot, jeux de société, livres, bain nordique)

Beau chalet, bien situé

Le chalet est bien situé à l’entrée de Briançon pour aller facilement dans différentes vallées. Les ados ont apprécié la table de ping pong et le baby foot. Les 2 points négatifs: le balcon/terrasse est très agréable mais il manque une table de jardin pour 8/10 pers. Quel dommage! Le lit en 160 est très inconfortable, le sommier devrait être changé. Mis à part ces 2 points, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce chalet.

MTB und Kletterurlaub

Sehr angenehme, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sehr günstige Lage für diverse MTB und Kletterausflüge. Die großzügige Garage war für die Räder und Klettersusrüstung perfekt. Kleine Ausnahme in dem Bild ist die Luftlinie ca. 300m entfernte Haupstraße nach Briancon ( die Geräusche dringen zeitweisezum Haus durch) , aber dafür ist man halt auch schnell unterwegs.

Les petits et grands ont adoré tous les jeux mis à disposition dans ce très beau chalet (pétanque, badminton, ping-pong, baby-foot...), bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter la région. Nous avons été conseillés par les propriétaires lors de la préparation du séjour et bien accueillis sur place. Nous recommandons.

De chalet is fantastisch, alle nodige uitrusting is voorzien. Het is een rustige buurt en verder is alles van winkels dicht in de buurt en vlot bereikbaar. Als ik dan toch enkele minpuntjes wil vermelden: de tuin mistonderhoud, het gras stond een halve meter hoog en in volle bloei. De hottub was niet gereinigd, bij opstart stonk het water verschrikkelijk. ik heb alles gereinigd (inclusief leidingen) en voorzien van chloor; ik heb de over gebleven chloortabletten in de chalet gelaten. Verder hadden we er een fantastisch verblijf, we komen zeker nog eens terug. groeten Henny en Evelyne

Très beau chalet proche des commodites. Tout confort La personne qui gère l’accueil, les petits soucis est super réactive et agréable. Peut être juste revoir la taille de la table extérieure de l’étage et le nombre de chaises en plastique( 2 chaises cassées.) Très bon séjour à refaire!!
