Beautiful apartment on the first floor, ground floor, bright, southwest exposure, beautiful view of the Prorel and Montbrison mountains, secure parking space and garage. Composed of a living room with American kitchen and large balcony, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds (+ a drawer bed). Sofa convertible into a 140 bed in the living room. Bathroom with bathtub. Very well equipped, WIFI, 80cm television with TNT, dishwasher and washing machine, smoke detector. Located 1000 m from the foot of the slopes: Prorel gondola:, with TUB (Briançonnais urban transport) stop outside the door. Located at the foot of the ramparts of the historic old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Shops 300m away in the famous gargoyle. possibility of renting sheets (10 euros per person).

Très bon emplacement, au pied de la Cité Vauban, et en haut du centre ville de Briançon. Pour les bons marcheurs, tout est accessible à pieds, commerces, restaurants, parcs, et bien sûr quelques randonnées au départ de l'appartement qui est très agréable, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes.

Ruim appartement met geweldige wifi, zelfs buiten en ook voor twee apparaten.

Het appartement ligt tegen over de ingang van de oude stad, maar je moet wel goed kunnen lopen./klimmen. Veel leuke restaurantjes in dat gedeelte. Ook in de beneden stad zijn diverse leuke eethuisjes. Uitstekende eigen parking. alles wat je maar nodig zou kunnen hebben is aanwezig. Balkon met twee kanten - je kunt de hele dag wél of geen zon hebben - wat je wilt. Het appartement is wel gedateerd - beetje jaren 60-70, maar alles werkt, is schoon etc. het is een mooi gebied om te wandelen, fietsen en auto te rijden. Leuke cols in de buurt zoals de Galiber.

Nous, deux retraités danois, passé une semaine merveilleuse à Briancon un peu en dehors de la saison. L'appartement était assez grande pour nous et a tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Beaux meubles et des bonnes chambres. Brilliant location dans l'extrémité supérieure de la nouvelle ville juste au-dessous du mur de l'ancienne forteresse Vauban. Bus de la ville juste à l'extérieur de la porte et à quelques pas de la porte de la ville. Briancon et la région environnante a beaucoup à offrir dans et en dehors des haute saison. Ce ne fut pas la première fois, et nous espérons que ce ne sera pas la dernière? Merci au propriétaire et son représentant local. Vera et Christian Michelsen

Cet appartement que vous avons occupé deux semaines n'a véritablement aucun inconvénient. Il est extrêmement bien situé, au pied de la vieille ville. Il est très confortable, rien n'y fait défaut... Super Séjour , les 2 belles mères que nous sommes ont beaucoup apprécié !!!

L'appartement est bien exposé , le matin au levé nous pouvons admirer le levé du soleil sur les montagnes et le soir nous relaxer sur la terrasse sans vis à vis . L'appartement est propre , il ne manque rien , il y a même des TW pour emmener notre repas pour les randonnées . Les appareils ménagers marchent très bien . Nous reviendrons !

Très belle location .... Nous étions 6 pour un séjour de ski ... L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et avec de belles surfaces .... Ce qui change des appartements de station de ski ! L'accès au téléphérique est très facile .... 1/4 heure le matin en descente .. Nous avions loué un casier pour laisser notre matériel à sport 2000 au pied du télécabine. Une très bonne adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter ...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 26/12 al 02/01. Ottimo appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e anche di più di quello che indicano.
