Lovely cabin near the town hall and Giant Steps. Lots of interesting space, workable kitchen and comfortable main family room. Games and videos greeted us when we came back from skiing. The TV in the family room has endless streaming movies and shows. Our only issue is that the rooms are smaller than the photos seem to show. The cabin is very comfortable for 9, slightly challenging if you have 12 adults.
Read about my experience before you book this property
It says the house is equipped for 12 ppl but it is not true. The kitchen is poorly equipped, 2 rolls of paper towels for 12 ppl for 3 days ,there is no a big stockpot as is supposed to be for 12 ppl. we had to cook 1 meal in 2 different very small stockpots, very uncomfortable. Dishwasher fool of water, couldn’t use it ! Even if you put the heater on and wait few hours it’s still freezing. They provided just a small portable heater for 5 rooms so we took turns for 20 minutes each room to warm up .I woke up during the night many times because of the cold and worried about my kids . . Few members of my party got sick from cold night time , also my daughter , had to take her to hospital and had to keep her home for a week and not be able to go to work! I contacted the manager but she has never replied. Later i called VRBO they put me in contact with her and without saying hello for 2 minutes she just yelled at me for no reason . Asked for proof of email that I contacted her during our stay that she pretended not receive it and when I told her i can provide it she hang up on me . That was so unprofessional and disrespectful . I don’t think this kind of person has to work in customer service if she doesn’t know how to talk calmly. Think before you book this property. Highly NOT recommend !!!
