"Room was dirty, complementary lotion was open and used, the room smelled like a dirty wet dog, the carpet was frayed and stained and coming up In several areas, carpet needed to be vacuumed as particles of dirt were sticking to our feet. all told it was an interesting stay. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Property is not bad, room house keeping could be improved as service is every third day. Upon arrival at property found tap in bathroom is loose and doesn’t drain well. It was fixed though upon request. Towels were picked up regular however the tub was not cleaned regularly along with floor in bathroom. Breakfast is provided however could use some improvement."

"Ok, the room itself was bigger than expected. There were some suspicious handprints on headboard, the TV was mounted crooked. The upfront lady was rude when asked for towels for pool. The waiter for restaurant approached us when we sat, we told him we needed a min and then he ignored us after that. We left to find food somewhere else. Kids in room above us woke us early in morning from stomping around and someone had a dog barking in their room for an hour at 11pm. Overall, wasn’t the worst but definitely could have been better. The restaurant isn’t what it looks like on website, it’s just a section off the check in desk"

"Signage is horrible. Large multi-use parking lot with no signs as to where check in is. Again, because of multi use property, it is extremely hard to find parking on site."

"Amazing hotel. Gorgeous, immaculate, and hotel staff is awesome. The restaurants are great. Having tea and an electric tea kettle plus a Nespresso machine is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and soooo quiet. I couldn’t hear any of my neighbors. Will definitely stay again, especially when seeing a concert at Chateau St. Michelle winery. "

"Lost points because of poor maintenance. Chairs need recovering, spa control missing, plumbing issues in unit. Excellent points for location, comfortable beds, generous breakfast, amenities (gym, pool), air con."
