Great Family Spot- Rail Trail in backyard and Pond 4 minute walk from backdoor!
Perfectly situated this property is adjacent to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and is less than a 4 minute walk out your back door to beautiful Sheeps Pond! (rafts, a canoe, beach chairs and towels are all available) There is a huge enclosed 3 season porch perfect for entertaining family and friends. Or enjoy the large backyard with solo stove for those warm summer nights under a starry moonlit sky. Additionally backyard has a picnic table, Weber Gas Grill & Charcoal grill, Hammock and outdoor shower!! Jump on your bike (or our bikes 2 Mens Bikes, 1 womens and 2 kids mountain Bikes) for a morning ride to the Brewster General Store for coffee and the paper, then take a ride over to one of the many Brewster beaches for a long stroll. This home comfortably sleeps nine, with a well equipt kitchen and has ample parking!! This home is perfectly situated with close proximity to Harwich Port, Orleans, Chatham and Dennis.
