This lovely Eaton Village apartment is located in a quiet area and features peeks of the golf course, solid flooring throughout the entire unit, and an updated kitchen. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. The 2nd bedroom have two twin size bed and a TV with a full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all the amenities of home, and there is comfortable sectional sofa bed queen size seating in the dining area. The living room have flat screen TV with DVD player Sliders off the living room lead to the patio; furnished with gas grill and outdoor dining set. Other amenities include washer/dryer and WIFI Internet.
Tenants are NOT allowed to bring pets. Smoking NOTpermitted
No access to the sports facilities .. closed to public...private golf course, private pool , no pool passes, for members only.

Very clean condo. Expect some of the usual noises from neighbors, but it didn’t bother us at all. Location was great for our needs.

Oceans Edge - always delivers!!

Beautifully decorated home, very comfortable with lots of amenities. Easy to reach landlord with quick responses. All that was missing was sunshine!! Thanks Dayan!

Great clean place

You have everything you need in this condo. The place is very clean, the area is quiet and green. Inside the apartment there is TV in each room, classic monopoly, PS3. Kitchen has all necessary equipment and utensil. Please located in the middle of the Cape Cod, so in a 2-3 days you will be able to cover all most important places (whale watching, Provincetown, lighthouses, etc)

Great Cape Condo in Brewster

Condo was clean and looked like the pictures on the profile. Comfortable couches and beds. Directions were clear for check in and check out. Kitchen had all the basics covered in terms of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.

Condo was amazingly clean. It really is as updated as it appears. All systems worked well. Central location makes it ideal for exploring the Cape. Owner was very responsive in remedying any concerns. Would definitely consider renting again.

When we arrived at the property, it was clean and neat. Floors were wood laminate throughout which we preferred over carpet and were very easy to keep clean. The home was in one of the golf villages which was extremely well maintained. Appliances were in working order, but kitchen accessories could have been better. Few glasses, sparse silverware, unsharpened knives, and overall disorganized. Although the owner clearly stated that they did not have membership privileges, the VRBO description listed a pool as an amenity which we could not use and were very disappointed. Also, there was no gas grill, which was listed in the amenities. When asked, the owner said it had broken, and they could not replace it. Given the price we paid, I felt this was unacceptable. This should not have been listed in the amenities. Since we were there for 2 weeks, this was a major inconveniece.Dayan was very responsive anytime we contacted her. This ia our favorite location on the Cape since it is centrally located and will return to the area several times next year.
