"We could not get the water on in the shower. When we called front desk, staff member was very rude. She insisted it worked but had to be pulled and twisted. Both my husband and I tried to the point of fear of breakage. She did offer to come and prove it but neither of us were dressed. Upon checkout, housekeeping came to room and was able to pull with both hands and get water on. She was very pleasant and apologetic. Very disappointing!"

"We were very pleased with the young lady who checked us in at registration she was amazing as well. The breakfast was wonderful and Ray did an excellent job making sure that the buffet was well stocked and area was clean. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. At the end of our stay Beverly did an amazing job while checking us out, making sure that our stay was everything we expected and more and that we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to staying at the Breakers very soon again."
