This Beautiful Cottage features two bedrooms: A full-size bedroom on the ground floor with a full bathroom, both wheelchair-accessible. The second bedroom is a queen-sized loft situated above a full living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, providing all the amenities necessary for preparing meals and snacks. On the front porch, a firepit and comfortable seating invite you to relax and enjoy the evening.

Our centrally located cottage retreat places you near all the attractions! It's a 30-minute journey to The Pretty Place, a scenic 45-minute drive to the Biltmore Estate, and just 10 minutes away from the charming shops of Brevard, NC—voted one of USA Today's Top 10 small towns to visit. Enjoy the convenience of wheelchair-accessible local waterfalls and sidewalks connecting you to family in neighboring cottages. Experience the full beauty of Transylvania, NC, with ease.

Loved the Wheelchair accessibility!

My family had such a great stay. I was able to stay downstairs with wheelchair access and our friends stayed upstairs. Everything was spotless and the yard with the creek was beautiful. Thank you for the wheelchair access from the car parking too. We will definitely be booking here anytime we are in the area. It was perfect for us!
