Coastal Cottage for 4 - Heated Pool

Come and discover this small Vendée house with yellow shutters to spend your holidays in the heart of Brétignolles-sur-Mer. Designed for holidays in complete simplicity, it accommodates up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) with a bedroom equipped with a double bed. Then a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people, ideal for your children (low ceiling). You can enjoy a small enclosed terrace, sheltered from view for holidays full of serenity. In the private residence, you will find a collective swimming pool, a tennis court and the possibility of renting bicycles. Just 950 metres from the Corniche beach and 20 minutes walk from the centre of Brétignolles-sur-Mer where you will find all its small shops, you benefit from an ideal location.



An authentic seaside village, Brétignolles-sur-Mer welcomes you to discover the Vendée coast. Just 30 minutes by car from Les Sables d'Olonne, less than 40 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Monts and an hour from the island of Noirmoutier, you will have the opportunity to easily explore our Coast of Light.

Come and live to the rhythm of the Brétignollais by visiting the market and buying good fresh products sold by our local, friendly and welcoming traders, in the image of Brétignolles-sur-Mer! The corniche awaits you to reveal its magnificent landscape, on foot or by bike, it's up to you! For surf fans, you will be delighted by the Sauzaie beach: it is one of the most renowned surf spots in Vendée with numerous organised competitions. Petit appartement très bien situé ( proche de la mer et du bourg en vélo). La maison aurait bien d’un petit rafraîchissement quoique assez agréable pour 2 personnes. Accès à la piscine/terrain de tennis/location de vélo très appréciable. La Logistique pour l’arrivée et la sortie de la location est bien rodée. Attention pas de WIFI !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce logement de vacances. Dès notre arrivée, une très forte et désagréable odeur était présente (humidité, renfermé...), nous donnant une impression de "pas net". Pendant tout le séjour, la fenêtre et la porte fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse sont restées ouvertes et malgré cela et du désodorisant, l'odeur a persisté. Le logement manque clairement d'entretien (prise électrique murale arrachée, cendres présentes dans le cendrier à notre arrivée, grille barbecue très sale, tapisserie de la chambre usée à l'emplacement des oreillers...). C'est dommage car les points fort sont la localisation et le calme. Le prix est excessif compte tenu de la prestation apportée. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Logement propre, dommage que la cour ne soit pas entretenue : les herbes folles qui poussent partout et un arbre non taillé y prend beaucoup de place. Déco vieillotte mais une petite cuisine toute neuve au top, et une bonne literie. La mezzanine est difficilement praticable pour des grands enfants et l'accès est compliqué avec le canape placé en bas de l'échelle. Logement bien positionné, proche de la piscine et des commerces.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Meeresnähe

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist schön eingerichtet, in Meeresnähe und bietet außerdem durch Sichschutz und Gartentor ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Buchung und Finanzierung läuft über ein französiches Portal, was nicht so ganz einfach war. Mit Übersetzungshilfen aus dem Internet war dieses Problem aber zu lösen.

Très bon accueil de Nathalie, notre contact hoomy. Le logement est dans un endroit calme et proche des différentes plages. C'est très simple mais le nécessaire est là. Il faut être un peu souple pour accéder à la chambre de la mezzanine ) nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
