New house of 96m² located 150m from La Parée Beach, in a highly sought-after and very quiet neighbourhood. Everything is within a 20-minute walk (shops, town centre of Brétignolles, market, supermarket...)

Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coast or towards the various beaches of the Vendée coastline.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a 160 bed and its shower room on the ground floor, the other two bedrooms are upstairs, 160 beds for both and a shower room that serves the entire floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, freezer, oven and combined microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker.

Lovely property unfortunate building work

The house is lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host is communicative and helpful and Martine too is extremely welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately for the owners, there are building works in the area that mean that full use of the house is restricted. BUT it is in a lovely area with excellent and easy access to the beach, cycling and the local shops, bars and restaurants. If you can plan your day around the works then it is perfectly placed. Please note there is just one toilet on the ground floor (a mistake in the ad, since corrected, meant we thought there were two, so be aware if you sleep on the first floor). The garage space is super if you are looking to store bikes securely.
