In the Sauzaie district, at the end of a cul-de-sac, a charming renovated house sleeps 5.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment) and a dining area (table, chairs).

One bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm) + 1 single bunk bed (90cm).
A few steps lead up to a relaxation area (sofa, flat-screen TV). Wi-Fi access.
A few steps down lead to an alcove (1 double bed (140cm)) and a utility room with a washing machine.
From the main room, there is access to a wooden terrace with a bioclimatic pergola (table, chairs) and to the large, fully enclosed garden with a charcoal barbecue.

You will appreciate: the cozy, wood-paneled charm of this recently renovated house, the bioclimatic pergola which allows you to dine outdoors in all weather, and the large enclosed garden overlooking the forest.

Pets allowed. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY (+€100), to be booked through the agency.
