Just 150 meters from the beach, shops, and entertainment of La Parée, within a residence with a communal unheated swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), this charming house with a private garden comprises, on the ground floor: a direct entrance into a living/dining room with a seating area (sofa, flat-screen TV), a dining area (sideboard, table and chairs), a fitted kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven, 6-place dishwasher), a hallway, and a toilet.

Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms and a shower room (shower and vanity unit).

Bedroom 1: a double bed (140cm) + storage.
Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (2 x 90cm) + a single bed (80cm) + wardrobe.
Baby equipment available: travel cot and baby bath.

A storage room with a washing machine. Terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, parasol).

Private parking.

Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning service, subject to availability (€90), can be booked through the agency.
