Un peu trop demandé de respecter la clientèle

« un peu trop demandé » que de respecter la clientèle (hygiène déplorable, réceptionniste du départ aussi désagréable qu’au possible un vrai manque de respect au delà du manque de professionnalisme) , vaisselle non faite à l’arrivé, pas d’ascenseur, travaux de voirie en dessous de la fenêtre, voisin fumeur qui vous empêche d’aérer… juste scandaleux !

Très bon séjour de 2 nuits dans cet apparthôtel proche de plusieurs lignes de bus menant dans le centre ville. Accueil très sympathique à l’arrivée. Logement spacieux et agréable. Belle salle de bains. Coin cuisine fonctionnel avec éléments et ustensiles essentiels. Literie correcte mais les oreillers sont inconfortables. Parking sur place.

Lors d'un tour de la Bretagne nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet appart hotel de Brest. Même gamme de prix que les autres où nous avons séjourné , mais alors, quelle difference! Sale, rideaux déchirés , manque d'équipement d'eclairage... oreillers inconfortables, un seul chevet pour un lit 2 personnes, pas de bureau... Presque rien pour cuisiner. Bref, il ne faudrait pas y passer plus qu'une nuit si on n'a rien trouvé d'autre!

Malheureusement, jusqu'à minuit, quelqu'un a tapé avec un marteau. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. L'équipe du matin est à l'écoute, continuez comme ça. À bientôt.

Cet appart'hôtel est bien. Je suis arrivé un dimanche, il n'y a pas de réception mais la clé nous est laissée dans un petit coffre sécurisé. Aucun problème pour la récupérer. J'ai eu un studio double avec un petit balcon. Il était assez grand (20-25m²). L'aménagement est sommaire mais fonctionnel, il y a vaguement de quoi se faire cuire/réchauffer des plats avec des casseroles ou poêles mais c'est suffisant pour quelques jours. Le lit est ok, le matelas n'est pas inconfortable j'ai bien dormi. Il n'y a pas eu de bruit quand j'y étais, tout était calme. Le personnel à l'accueil et de ménage est très sympathique. Le parking disponible juste devant est un plus.
