  • Welcome to the sunny side of the Alps! Your flat in Brixen has the rare combination of relaxing tranquillity, nature and stimulating proximity to the city. It is at the centre of life and yet it relaxes its residents in a quiet, natural feel-good zone. With its modern architecture and fine interior design, it is reminiscent of the traditional historic city centre and opens up to the trees, river and mountains with its panoramic windows and balcony. The flat is suitable for a total of four residents, two sleeping in the large bed and two more in the separate second bedroom with a full-size bed. South Tyrol Bressanone/Brixen is one of the main towns in the cultural landscape of South Tyrol, which has connected the north with Italy for thousands of years via the Isarco Valley and the Brenner Pass and in many ways is a blend of the best achievements of both cultures. Viticulture, agriculture and cuisine are outstanding and the entrance to the Val Gardena valley with the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites is just a few minutes away by car. Grandiose nature awaits you on the sunny side of the Alps and its highlights are the stone giants Marmolada, Three Peaks, Sella, Rosengarten, Geisler and Langkofel Brixen. If you like eating out, a week will be just enough to get to know the restaurants in the city centre. If you are interested in history, culture and architecture, Bressanone, Bolzano and Merano, the Isarco, Adige and Puster valleys offer the material for years of travelling and studying. Mountain hiking trails and mountain bike trails start directly from the flat and lead, for example, to the Catinaccio or the Three Peaks. Sella Joch and Pordoi Pass in the east, Jaufen Pass and Penser Joch in the west or the magnificent Stelvio (Stilfser Joch) with the Ortler massif invite you to go on tours in a classic car, convertible or motorbike, which you can stow away in the underground car park at night. The swimming pool and indoor pool, climbing and tennis centre are just a few minutes' walk away.
