MAISON SABINA WITH WONDERFUL LAKE VIEW, HYDROMASSAGE AND PRIVATE GARDEN

Maison Sabina is located in Porto di Brenzone, in a quiet and elegant area, a few steps from the lake (150 m) and the town center, close to restaurants, shops, beaches and the bus stop. It is an elegant terraced house on the corner with a splendid lake view, a private and fenced garden, hydromassage. From the road you can directly access the garden or the 2 parking spaces. The garden is well-kept and full of flowers and with everything you need to spend relaxing moments in company. Here we find the hydromassage, sun loungers (beach towels), a table with chairs for outdoor dining, the BBQ, the shower and a splendid lake view. From the garden, you can access the main entrance where we find a large living room furnished with a double sofa bed (mattress 140 x 190 cm), dining table, fireplace, a modern kitchen with everything you need (dishwasher-oven-fridge-etc....) and a bathroom with toilet, washing machine and sink. On the upper floor accessible by internal elevator or external staircase we find the two double bedrooms in addition to the two bathrooms with shower and a splendid terrace equipped with table, chairs and mini bar. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning. The house is in excellent condition and recently renovated with everything up to standard. At guests' disposal nr. 02 private external parking spaces, in addition to 5 bicycles for free use.

Fabrizio ist ein sehr freundlicher und stets hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und sauber es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Alles was man so braucht war vorhanden und die Küche super ausgestattet, der Garten ist herrlich mit dem Whirlpool und einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Fabrizio als Gastgeber war für uns immer erreichbar und hat sich super um alles gekümmert wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und können dieses Haus jedem empfehlen.

Wir haben in diesem schönen Ferienhaus zu dritt zwei Wochen verbracht und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Vom Gastgeber Fabrizio wurden wir herzlich empfangen und umfassend über alle Gegebenheiten und Funktionen des Hauses informiert. Innen wie außen ist das Haus top gepflegt und reichlich ausgestattet, bis hin zu Pflegeprodukten, Waschmittel und einem Startpäckchen Kaffeekapseln. Wäschewechsel gab es nach einer Woche.Der blühende Garten enthält mehrere Gruppen von Gartenmöbeln und bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick über den Gardasee, was vor allem abends vom Balkon aus reizvoll ist. Der Whirlpool, der von einem Olivenbaum beschattet wird, kann von mehreren Personen gleichzeitig benutzt werden und wird regelmäßig gewartet und gepflegt.Die Straßenzufahrt vom Ort Porto aus ist zwar ziemlich steil, dafür ist man aber auch in fünf Minuten am Strand und in dem kleinen Hafen, wo es mehrere Restaurants, Bars und einen Mini Market gibt, der morgens auch frische Brötchen verkauft.Ab und zu findet man auf der Terrasse kleine Aufmerksamkeiten des Gastgebers für das Frühstück oder ein Gläschen Wein vor, und nicht nur deshalb fühlten wir uns in der Maison Sabina sehr wohl und willkommen.Der Ort Brenzone selbst ist nicht überlaufen und bietet aufgrund seiner Lage gute Möglichkeiten zu Ausflügen in den Norden und Süden des Sees sowie für reizvolle Wanderungen durch Olivenhaine in der Umgebung.Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub! :-)

Wir haben das Ferienhaus im Mai über ein langes Wochenende mit 5 Personen gemietet. Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben und es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist Fantastisch, man hat einen direkten Blick auf den See (Vor allem aus dem fantastischen Whirlpool, welchen man für sich alleine hat). Generell das ganze Grundstück ist umzäunt und man kann seine Privatsphäre super genießen, man hat einen Privaten abgeschlossenen Parkplatz sowie einen eigenen Garten.Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und stets immer erreichbar für Fragen. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles genau erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Viele Dank für das wunderbare Wochenende in deiner Unterkunft. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!
