"It was our 2nd time staying at the Placemakr and we were able to get a room right where we wanted to be, and the staff was very helpful. The housekeeping staff are all super nice and very courteous. The building offers all the facilities you can possibly need. Please note the kitchens vary greatly on equipment & supplies- It would be helpful if there was a basic standard for the kitchen supplies to share with the guests to set the expectations. For example this kitchen didn’t have any plans to heat up a frozen pizza. No salt & pepper shaker ."

"Rooms are nice, bathrooms/shower is small.. biggest issue is that they charge you $8 a night for overnight parking lot fee that your not aware of.. probly won’t be a big deal to most people but hidden charges they don’t make you aware of when you book are a peeve to me especially petty fees like this one"

Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Downtown

"They serve a full buffet style breakfast and dinner that is complimentary and 3 free drinks per person per day of your stay including cocktails. It was delicious! They also serve free coffee and soft drinks all day and free popcorn from 4-8. This was a surprise to us but it certainly was welcomed! We will never stay anywhere else but a Drury Hotel!"
