Le Mas d'Ora, with its capacity of 17 people, is a place rooted in the Tarn region, just a few minutes from the main villages among the most beautiful in France. The site is very peaceful; out of respect for the place and our neighbours, noise and music outside are not tolerated, thank you for your understanding.

On the banks of the Tarn river, Le Mas d'Ora offers a rare setting: nature, absolute peace and quiet… and yet less than 2 km from the historic centre of Gaillac, its lively streets, its shops and its gourmet restaurants.



An exceptional estate, full-scale

Mas d'Ora spans approximately 440 m² of living space, in the heart of a 15,000 m² park, largely enclosed.

Everything here invites disconnection, generous holidays, long tables that stretch on.

Events and festive evenings are not permitted!

Outside:

- Large heated swimming pool (mid-April to mid-October) of 12 metres × 5 metres, secured by an electric roller shutter.

- Sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture to enjoy the Tarn sunshine.

- Tennis court (simply remember to bring your rackets and balls to make the most of it), with football cages on one side and basketball hoops on the other.

- Outdoor table and chairs, gas plancha, for lunches in the shade and summer evenings.

The house, U-shaped, opens naturally onto the outdoors, creating fluid circulation between inside and outside.



Inside, Mas d'Ora combines spacious rooms, comfort and conviviality.

- Fully equipped American kitchen of 45m², ideal for preparing delicious meals.

- In high season (from the opening of the swimming pool), our pool technician and our teams visit twice a week (before your arrival and mid-stay) to check the water quality and maintain the pool. Regular attention to guarantee you a pleasant and worry-free swim.

FESTIVE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED, to preserve respect for the venue and the neighbourhood. No music outside. Soft music during the day is allowed if it respects the ambient calm.



The failure to comply with these essential rules may result in immediate eviction from the accommodation, with no possibility of refund and a claim for compensation.
