Best little cottage

Love this little cottage. It is located on the heart of Chappell Hill. We have stayed here many times and this place always feels like home away from home. Cozy and peaceful. House is decorated so cute and VERY CLEAN! The host Mrs Susie is the sweetest and she always makes sure you are well taken care of.

The cottage is beautiful. Decore is lovely. Our time there was peaceful, refreshing, and filled with beauty! Susie provided all the little extras we could’ve wanted. We will definitely stay there again.

Another great stay at the Sunshine Cottage.

This was our second stay and it was great. It is an excellent location. Everything was perfect and our hostess Suzie was very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great Stay in Chappell Hill

We stayed at Sunshine Cottage while attending a rehearsal dinner and wedding near Brenham. It was very close to Brenham and we were also able to see the shops and winery in Chappell Hill. The cottage was very comfortable and the snacks were a very nice touch. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent stay in peaceful location.

This is a beautiful cottage which has been lovingly furnished by the owner, Susie. It was such a joy to return to after a day out exploring the area. The area is very quiet and peaceful and above all, relaxing. What more could we ask for. Thanks once again to Susie our host.

Best Spot in Brenham/Chappell Hill Area!

My wife and I had our “Babymoon” here and it was unbelievable to stay here. It was a quiet street and area in Chappell Hill which was great for us to visit, walk around and enjoy the restaurants and not far at all from Brenham. The host had everything we needed, was helpful with any questions while also being quick to respond. If you’re looking for a place to stay - especially in a smaller group like my wife and I - you need to book this place. Absolutely loved and hope to return here.

This cottage was so great you almost don’t want people to know so you can reserve it frequently. The decorations were amazing, the amenities and accommodations exceeded the description. Our host was great to interact with and made our stay super easy and fun. We will be staying there again and again.

Absolutely love this sweet cottage! Everything we could need was there even a washer and dryer! The bed was super comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. The hostess was extremely accommodating and available if we needed anything. Will definitely return!

wonderful getaway

The cottage was wonderful and exactly what I hoped and needed! It is bright and cheerful, comfortable, and had all I needed and more. The front porch with rockers and the back porch with table and other seating are a nice way to spend some time outside but with the a/c just steps away! Location is great for Chappell Hill--just a short walk up the road to the shops and Bever's Cafe. I would very gladly come back!

Sisters Get Away

My sister and I found the most peaceful place with Susie’s Sunshine Cottage. The cottage was just as charming as the photos portrayed. After a day of house hunting and shopping, coming “home” to Susie’s was just what we needed. Whether you want your morning coffee, or evening glass of wine the back porch was a perfect place. Susie is the most gracious hostess. My sister and I loved our stay and plan to return!

This Cottage had Happy Brightness written all over it. So many thoughtful touches. Comfort of the bed and sofa bed was tops. We loved having the quiet, comfortable patio time in the afternoon. Wonderful communication including help with finding late serving restaurants in the area. Only wished we had booked a longer stay
