GOOD TO KNOW
• There is a spiral staircase between levels. We block it off for little ones, but please be mindful.
• The lower level ceiling is mostly 6'5", with some areas at 6'2".
• The water heater is on the smaller side, so please space hot showers about 20 minutes apart.
• Exterior security cameras at the front door, back door and facing the waterfront lawn; none inside.
• Neighbors may do routine yard work during the day in warmer months.
• No pets please, due to family allergies (we stay here ourselves). No smoking or parties. Quiet hours 10 PM to 6 AM.
• Primary guest must be 25 or older.
