Moderne gepflegte Fewo mit einigen Mängeln
Gut:
- Moderne, neuwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung
- Schön feste Betten
- Sehr sauber
- Recht gute Parkmöglichkeiten
- Vermieter freundlich und bemüht
Schlecht:
- Stark abgesunkener Pflasterstein (ca.5cm) direkt am Billardtisch (Fotos vorhanden!) verursachte bei Benutzung des Tisches einen Unfall (Knie verdreht!)
- Billiard Aufbaudreieck defekt
- Beim Sofa kein Tisch zum Abstellen von Gläsern etc.
- Kein Kleiderschrank. Nur eine offene Kleiderstange in der Diele
- HDMI Buchse am TV nicht zugänglich. Mitgebrachte Abspielgeräte konnten daher nicht angeschlossen werden.
- Schlechtes WLAN sorgte dafür, dass das Streamen aus der Mediathek immer wieder für bis 30 Sekunden "einfror"
- Keine Übersicht vorhanden, auf welchen Kanälen sich welche TV Programme befanden
- Winziges Bad ohne Abstell- oder Aufhängemöglichkeiten
- Im Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer nur feststehende Fenster oder Fenster/Tür raus zum geschlossenen Wintergarten. Kein Frischluftlüften möglich.
Fazit: Nach Abstellen der z.T. gefährlichen Mängel sicher eine empfehlenswerte Fewo. So aber leider nicht.

Eine liebevoll einegrichtete, sehr saubere und grosszügige Wohnung. Etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum Bremens gelegen, jedoch gut erreichbar mit ÖV (30-40 min).
Da ich elektrosensibel bin, hat Olga nachts das W-Lan und den Fernseher ausgeschaltet. So konnte ich den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung geniessen.

Soggiorno perfetto
Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una vacanza a Brema. L'appartamento è pulito, luminoso e silenzioso. Il quartiere è tranquillo e vicino comunque al Centro. Olga è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile! Consigliatissimo!
