It is an airport hotel and most people are only staying for 1 night. Bremen city centre is a 15 minute journey away on the number 6 tram. It was a good place to use as a base to explore Bremen and the surrounding areas. Cleaning services have to be requested from the reception desk. Staff seem to perform a number of roles. The free breakfast was 4am to 10am.

Good night with few minor comments

We had a comfortable night breakfast was very busy on the one visit. Only one toilet roll in room. Only one towel in room. There was no bacon or sausage option on the breakfast buffet

I found it not correct when we made the reservation it was written that there is a parkplace, it is not correct thete is nothing we have to look for a parkplace. It said that we have to pay the room when we arrived it was also not correct because they took the money before that we arrived to the hotel. In the futur We will never booked holiday inn express hotel, never.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in perfekter Lage zum Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ruhig und modern eingerichtet. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und frisch. Ideal, wenn man früh fliegen muss oder spät ankommt. Preis-Leistung passt – würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Geparkt haben wir an der Straße. ---

Die fußläufige Nähe zum Flughafen ist sehr gut. Der Preis für ein Flughafenhotel ist ausgesprochen günstig – das Frühstück morgens ab 4:00 Uhr ist wirklich ausgesprochen gut. Ich habe das Hotel nur deswegen mittelmäßig bewertet, da die Matratzen gruselig sind (sehr gruselig, hart und sehr dünn) und das Hotel sowohl bei unserer Reise im Mai als auch jetzt personell stark unterbesetzt war. Aufgrund Personalmangel war sowohl das Restaurant geschlossen (es gibt in näherer Umgebung quasi keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten außer einem Asien Buffet, das zu unserer Reisezeit leider ebenfalls geschlossen war) als auch die Bar nicht wie genannt 24 Stunden besetzt, sondern nur von 18 bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet war. Wer also um 16:00 Uhr anreist, bekommt erst mal 2 Stunden nichts zu trinken. (Getränkeautomat vorhanden, aber das ist ja nicht jedermanns Sache). Die Damen an der Rezeption sind ausgesprochen freundlich und machen möglich was eben geht. Hier gibt es ein dickes Plus von mir. Ebenfalls leider negativ zu bemerken ist, dass das das Hotel telefonisch nur über eine ausgesprochen unqualifizierte IHG- Hotline irgendwo im Ausland zu erreichen ist und nicht direkt. Ein dort platzierter Wunsch, die in der Suite befindliche Couch als Bett zurecht zu machen, wurde nicht an das Hotel weitergegeben. Wir würden dennoch aufgrund der Nähe zum Check In am Flughafen wieder buchen.

Keine besonderen Vorkommnisse. Gute Sbahnanbindung. Beim Frühstück Kaffee viel zu heiss . Salzmühlen unpraktisch. Zucker nicht am Platz. Tischgruppen stehen teilweise zu eng. Parkplatz kostet 11.60 am Tag. Wir würden wiederkommen.
