We were very much looking forward to this stay as a family. We arrived and as I was checking in, my son was asked “what are you doing here?”. Given he was standing with bags and next to my wife, near the reception where I was checking in - this made him feel unwelcome and the fact the security guard then continued to watch him, not a great start. The hotel has all the right pieces to make an excellent stay, it just under delivers. The room was lovely, the air conditioning in all three of our rooms was inadequate in late August. The dinner was lovely but it wasn’t busy yet we waited 40 minutes for our mains, then we had to ask for dessert menus and then they left us and we had to go up and order them. Five mains, three desserts with a few drinks came to £250 which was punchy. Finally - to have a menu which describes the many steaks in portion’s including “lady size”, for I think a 200g steak as opposed to simply by the weight was just too 1970s and misogynistic/sexist, something we as a family were all quite annoyed by. I ended up having to walk up to pay at the end. The service when they were at our table was good, it is just they left us. The gym is well appointed but I suspect if the hotel was even half full, it would be too small. All in all, this is a beautiful hotel with a stunning view but the staff were unattentive, rude or just not bothered. This is except for the reception staff themselves, who I dealt with - who were lovely, welcoming and hospitable.

Valtava ja siisti huone, kylpyamme ja suihku. Hienoja persoonallisia taiteellisia yksityiskohtia pitkin hotellin sisustusta. Mukava takapiha. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, mutta erityisesti vegaanille hintava (vegaanille oli lähinnä leipää päällyksineen ja kauramaito). Hissi ei tuntunut toimivan iltaisin ollenkaan, ja päivälläkin oli usein epäkunnossa. Sijainti rauhallisella alueella, hieman keskustasta sivussa mutta erityisesti raitiovaunulla pääsi reilussa kymmenessä minuutissa rautatieasemalle/vanhaan kaupunkiin.

Das Hotel war gut. Etwas auserhalb von Bremen. Aber mit der Straßenbahn ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und der ÖVB Arena. Frühstück war lecker.

Parkering eksisterer ikke som der ellers står der er, de har kun 4 pladser som bliver fyldt op med det samme. Mega forvirrende at finde en ordentlig parkeringsplads. Værelser blev mega varmt om natten. Ellers pænt og rent

God service

Vi kom 2 timer for tidligt, men intet problem, vi fik vores værelse før tid. Stort dejligt værelse og pænt badeværelse. Morgenmaden var god med en stort udvalg. Hvis vi kommer til Bremen igen, vil vi tager til dette hotel igen( ligger i udkanten af Bremen) men kan tage en bus ind til byen, den går 5 min fra hotellet.

Schöne, künstlerischer Gestaltung im Hotel, das Zimmer und die weiteren Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und hell, das Bett sehr bequem. Der Empfang beim Check In war unkompliziert und nett, ebenso die zuvorkommende und freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die sich um das Frühstück gekümmert hat. Lediglich die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen beim Check Out wirkten leider etwas abwesend und gelangweilt. Da würden zumindest ein freundliches "Auf Wiedersehen und besuchen Sie uns gern wieder!" Wunder wirken, um auch zu Folgebuchungen anzuregen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt aber dennoch sehr nett.

Rummet var stort men väldigt varmt och fuktigt. AC och kylskåp på rummet saknades. Utlovad hotellparkering fanns inte. Fick leta parkering på gatan. Läget till spårvagn med direktlinje till Bremen fanns utanför hotellet.

Sorry, aber nicht nochmal.

Das Hotel liegt an eine Strasse mit Straßenbahnlinie, mein Zimmer ist unter das Straßenniveau gewesen, und ich habe jede Bahn quasi im Zimmer gehabt, bis Mitternacht und ab 4 Uhr morgens wieder. Den Vogel abgeschossen hat aber die Kondomverpackung (offen und leer) die in der Schublade des Nachtschrank gewesen ist.
