The apartment is about 60 m² in size, very bright, high ceilings, therefore comfortable living. The location of this really nice apartment is in a trendy district of Bremen, the so-called 'liquid district'. It consists of a large living - dining room, bedroom, kitchen and shower room.
Hairdryers, towels and bed linen are provided free of charge
made available.
The living room is equipped with cable TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, dishes, pots, cutlery and glasses.

Better than the photos!
This apartment is perfect. Great location, comfortable, clean, and cozy. Really, the photos don’t reveal how nice it really is. The high ceiling makes it feel much bigger. The owners are very accommodating and responsive. I’m hoping for another visit to Bremen just to stay here again.

The apartment was well equipped and furnished nicely, but nowhere did it say it was 3 floors up a spiral staircase. It is difficult to climb, especially when you are not used to stairs and have knee problems. I think it should be advertised as a third floor walk up.

Super Wochenende in Bremen gehabt, die Wohnung ist toll (nur das Badezimmer ist etwas eng und klein). Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und liegt günstig zur Bremeraltstadt gelegen (zu Fuß ca. 10min.) sehr guter Anbindung ans Bus und Bahnnetz .

Eine interessante Woche in Bremen
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Doch leider ist an diesem alten Haus noch einiges zu machen. Es gab wohl einen Wasser schaden, was der Vermieter bei unserer Ankunft auch erzählte. Doch das die Handwerker jeden morgen um 7.00 mit lautem Krach uns weckten, dass dachten wir nicht. An 2 Tagen wurde der Balkon unter uns mit lautem Gerät abgestemmt. Der Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag war dann ohne Lärm. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, es sind ein paar Schritte bis ans Weserufer und gleich ums Eck gibt es eine Eisdiele mit leckerem Eis. Unten im Haus ist ein Cafe, wo man nett frühstücken kann. Bus und Straßenbahn sind nur 5 min entfernt und die fahren in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Bremen hat uns sehr gefallen.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Meine Schwester und ich hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung in der Neustadt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, stylisch und trotzdem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Direkt in der Umgebung sind Restaurants, Bäcker und ein Rewe. In die Innenstadt kommt man sehr schnell und bequem zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

FEWO sehr schön, nur im zweiten Stock für ältere Leute nicht empfehlen. keinen Fahrstuhl. Sehr hohe Räume schwer auf angenehme Zimmertemperatur zu heizen. Vermieter bei der Übergabe nach Ende des Aufenthalts anmaßend unfreundlich. Als freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter wird er nicht in unserer Erinnerung bleiben. HEIKO

Die Wohnung liegt relativ nah am Zentrum. Ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.
Schöne helle Wohnung. Genügend Platz für 2 Personen. Kleinigkeiten wie Kochlöffel oder Pfannenwender könnten die Küche noch aufwerten. Kleiner Wäscheständer wäre auch noch gut. Ansonsten alles gut. Freundliche Vermieter. Gerne wieder!

Schöner Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung liegt ideal, um von dort aus Ausflüge zu starten. Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. Das Privatfahrzeug kann unmittelbar vor dem Haus kostenlos geparkt werden. Somit gestaltete sich der Aufenthalt sofort von Anfang an entspannt und erholsam. Fußläufig sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs zu erreichen ( Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckereien, auch Imbisse und diverse Lokalitäten). Sehr nette unkomplizierte Vermieter.

Die Vermieter waren super nett und alles hat schnell und unkompliziert geklappt. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern und man ist schnell in der Bremer Altstadt. Auch die ÖPNV Möglichkeiten sind 1a. Immer gerne wieder!

Topp Lage - schöne Wohnung
Mit den Bilder aus der Offerte im Kopf haben wir zusammen mit dem netten Vermieter-Ehepaar die FeWo betreten und haben alles genau so vorgefunden. Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt strategisch sehr günstig. Wir waren in 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß an der Schlachte, im Schnoor, auf dem Rathausplatz mit dem Stadtmusikanten, etc. Auch das im Erdgeschoss befindliche Münchhausen Deli ist sehr empfehlenswert. Leider knarrt im Treppenhaus jede einzelne der 43 Stufen zur Wohnung und wie auch vor uns schon beschrieben, ist die FeWo etwas hellhörig. Uns hat das aber nicht groß gestört. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die FeWo sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung zu fairem Preis
