Das Zimmer war sauber und schön, wir waren zufrieden auf diese Seite ABER das Empfang Personal waren eine von die Schlimmste Erlebnisse ich habe erlebt. Wir sind 15:08 zu der Hotel angekommen, auf Mail steht es Check-in ab 15:00 Uhr. Ich gehe rein und niemand ist dort. Ich warte 10 min und gar nichts, dann anfange ich auf eine klingping lärm zu machen nur dass in der Hoffnung jemand kommt, erst dann kommt ein Frau runter und schaut mich an als ich zwei Kopfe habe und fragt hast du reserviert. Ich sage Ja, sie lasst mich und geht raus und telefoniert um mir eine Schlüssel zu geben, gibt mir und lauft wieder weg. Wollte noch fragen frage, nichts…. Nächste Tag der Herrn von Restaurant war sehr sehr Freundlich. Wir gehen nach Frühstücken zu unsere Zimmer um unsere Gebäck zu nehmen für Check-out, ich sehe ein andere Frau, ohne Begrüssung oder wie war eure Aufenthalt oder ich hoffe uns hat gefallen, sie sagt 8 euro für Tax. Ich bin so geschockt, nicht mal bitte. Habe einfach bezahlt und rausgegangen. Schlimmste Empfang ich habe je erlebt, und das Hotel werden wir nie mehr besuchen obwohl wir werden die Stadt wieder besuchen
