"Check in was wonderful. Room was spacious with a nice size shower and bathtub. Charging ports on each side of the bed. Great location. Only issue was that the mattress was a bit hard."

"This is a lovely aprtment for 2 people. It has a well-equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom with a useful washing machine and a very good shower unit (note: no bath), a comfortable and cosy living room with dining table, sofa and armchair with foot stool,, and a bedroom with double bed. There is also a terrace with a small table suitable for two to have breakfast or drink a glass of wine in the evening. The view ffrom the terrace in charming. The location is near to town and takes about 7 minutes walk downhill from the apartment. The one thing to note is that the last 200 metres of the walk back from town involve two quite steep slopes.This may limit how amny times a day you want to go up and down to town by foot. We did not find this to be much of problem but having bad knees I tok the steep slope slowly (alternatively one could get a taxi; obviously there would be no issue for anyone with their own car and their is parking space at the apartment). The hosts, who live abover the aprtment, were charming and welcoming but left us alone to enjoy our stay in the lovely town of Bregenz which has excellent shops and restaurants, a wonderful music festival and easy access to boat trips on the lake and mountain walks."

"Everything was wonderful. When I booked the hotel, I recall it stated to be close to the center, minutes away from the amphitheater, the lake and shopping. However, the hotel turns out to be in the outskirts. What did I do wrong?"
