The 10-kilometer-long Schaabe Baltic Sea beach is only about 350 metres away. About 2 km away in Altenkirchen, you’ll find a Netto, the “Stolz” department store, an Edeka, and a drink store. Restaurants and bike rentals are nearby. From Breeger Harbour, you can take boat trips to Hiddensee Island, go on Bodden cruises, join crane-watching tours, and visit the Störtebeker Festival. Excellent biking and hiking opportunities to explore the beautiful island round out the offerings (Bicycle rentals are available in town). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies!
