The Space:

Villa Hoezee welcomes you in a quiet villa district in Bredene, where you enjoy the perfect combination of peace and a top seaside location. Just a 400-meter walk takes you to the beach, the dunes, and the lively coastal surroundings. Upon arrival, there is ample space on the driveway to park several cars.



As soon as you enter the holiday home, you immediately notice the spacious and open feel. The bright living room with contemporary interior seamlessly connects to the modern open kitchen. Thanks to the large sliding door, you are in direct contact with the cozy veranda and the fully enclosed garden surrounded by greenery.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts to cook extensively and enjoy meals together. You will find, among other things, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and even an air fryer. The large fridge with built-in ice maker adds an extra holiday feeling.



Outside, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy together. The spacious garden invites you to enjoy cozy moments around the barbecue, a game of pétanque, or simply relaxing in the greenery. Thanks to the fully enclosed area, children can play safely while adults enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and outdoor living.



Villa Hoezee accommodates up to 12 people, spread over 6 comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds. On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All beds are neatly made upon arrival with high-quality bedding so your stay can start carefree.



The house also has 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, bath, and single washbasin. On the upper floor there is a second bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Extra comfort is provided by a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. Towels are included during your stay.



In addition to the comfort of the house, the location is a major asset. Bredene is known for its wide beach, beautiful dunes, and numerous walking and cycling opportunities along the Belgian coast. Villa Hoezee also offers extra facilities such as the possibility to charge electric bicycles and an on-site Smappee charging station for electric vehicles.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
