It’s less than 150 yards from the 4 O’Clock ski run — and in the summer, there are lots of hiking/biking trails nearby. It’s also just a short drive or shuttle ride to downtown Breck. It’s a wonderful place to settle in and get a real feel for mountain life!

Grandview Long Stay Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo that’s a perfect getaway for couples or small families of up to three people. It’s been beautifully remodeled throughout and features a cozy living area with plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up perfect mountain meals with high-end granite counters and stainless-steel appliances complete the modern look. There’s seating for three at the counter.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer in the condo, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
