When we arrived, trash was not picked up, the barn was not cleaned and air filter in the house had not been changed in a while. The house could have been a little more kept up. Communication with the guest service was great. The trash was addressed the next day and we cleaned up the barn and replaced the air filter. "It is a very nice 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. It is back from the ocean but you can see it in the far distance. If there is no traffic then you can hear the ocean. We would stay again."
