This 60 m², 2-room apartment is located on the first floor and has a south-west-facing loggia. This apartment was newly renovated in 2020 and can accommodate up to 4 people. New vinyl flooring was installed throughout the living area in 2020. The bedroom has been newly furnished. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. A second apartment of the same size and similar amenities is available on the same floor; please inquire.
