    The apartment is located very quiet on the edge of the forest, 50 m from the hiking trails as well as the ski slope with ski lift and the beginning of the trails. The village center with shops, restaurants, spa park and ice rink can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

In the dining area you will find a dining table and 6 chairs, a new kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob and extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Free WIFI
     A bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers and flat screen TVs. Bathroom with shower and Toilet. Storeroom.

Hallo,wir fanden die Wohnung sehr angenehm. Sie war sehr gut eingerichtet.Für 6 Personen ist das Bad ein bisschen klein.Da wir auf Durchreise waren,fanden wir es sehr negativ, dass wir eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen mussten. Ansonsten war alles ok.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Raumaufteilung. Alles was man brauchte war vor Ort. Ungefähr 5 10 Gehminuten zur Wurmbahn. Nur der Rückweg ist recht steil.

Netter Gastgeber / Wohnung ist in Ordnung

Wir waren über ein Wochenende da. Die Wohnung ist in einer zentralen Lage und es sind viele Restaurants oder Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung. Allerdings war die Sauberkeit im Bad und auf den Matratzen insgesamt ungenügend. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.

In die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft mit Mängeln

Die Unterkunft ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und konnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Bad ist wie bereits mehrfach beschrieben, sehr klein und wohl noch aus der Bauzeit. Zum Gluck konnte man die Duschen im Schwimmbad nutzen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Alle Bewohner mussten quasi an der Eingangstur zur Wohnung vorbei und hinterließen eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse. Die offen verlegten Heizungsrohre an der Decke entwickelten eine sehr große Wärme. So konnten die Heizkorper auch im Winter abgedreht bleiben. Die Lage des Objektes ist super, Parkplatz vorhanden. Für eine Kleinfamilie Ist das Objekt trotz des Alters geeignet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung liebevoll und ausreichend. Es fehlte an nix. Aufgrund des Alters der Immobilie nicht unbedingt mehr als 3***

Perfekt, gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und es fehlte nichts. Besonders das Schwimmbad war nach langen Wanderungen herrlich und dadurch machte es auch nichts aus, dass das Bad in der Wohnung etwas klein war.

ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe lief perfekt. Das Beste war das Hallenbad. Die Kinder haben es mehrmals täglich genutzt, da auch das Wetter leider nicht so toll war. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Das Bad ist zwar sehr klein, aber wir sind zurecht gekommen. Wir wollen gern wiederkommen, auch um von der Umgebung etwas zu sehen. Ganz lieben Dank und viele Grüße

Für drei Personen in Ordnung

Die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer ist ausreichend groß, toll war auch der Pool auf gleicher Etage. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Drei Personen können hier gut schlafen, weitere Personen müssen auf Couch und Matratze ausweichen. Dafür gibt es in drei Zimmern Fernseher. Das Bad geht leider gar nicht. Viel zu klein und eng und sehr altmodisch.

Schöne, saubere und helle Wohnung, TOP Lage und super Ausstattung

Wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 5 Leuten für eine Nacht in der Wohnung verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten und man hat genügend Platz. Die Ausstattung ist super und man findet alles was man braucht. Ebenfalls ist die Lage sehr gut. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum von Braunlage. Ein Highlight war die Nutzung des Pools im Haus. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos, wir konnten sogar schon am Vormittag die Wohnung beziehen. Alles in allem war das ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank nochmals! :-)
