  • Unsere frisch renovierte, zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung „FeWo Tessi" in Braunlage ist für 2 Personen - oder nach Absprache für 2 Personen plus 1 Kind - konzipiert. Auf ca. 40 m² erwartet euch ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein separates Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer.



    Die voll ausgestattete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, und mit der Senseo Kaffeemaschine startet ihr entspannt in den Tag. WLAN, TV und ein Ventilator stehen euch ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist stufenfrei zugänglich und auch im Inneren barrierefrei gestaltet. Ein Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück sowie ein gemeinsamer Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Für Wintersportler gibt es einen Skiabstellraum, und auch Fahrräder können sicher untergebracht werden.



    Die Ortsmitte mit diversen Cafés und Restaurants befindet sich in ca. 300 Metern Entfernung. Die Talstation der Wurmbergseilbahn sowie das Eisstadion sind nur 850 Meter entfernt. Ein Arzt und Restaurants sind in 250 m erreichbar, eine Bäckerei in 400 m und der nächste Skilift an der Skiwiese am Rathaus liegt nur 450 m entfernt.



    Bitte beachtet: Alle Übernachtungspreise beziehen sich auf max. 2 Personen. Für jede weitere Person wird ein Aufschlag pro Nacht berechnet. Der Gästebeitrag (Kurtaxe) fällt pro Person pro Nacht ab 18 Jahren an. Für Kinder zwischen 6 und 17 Jahren fällt ein ermäßigter Beitrag pro Nacht an. Kinder bis zur Vollendung des 6. Lebensjahres sowie jedes zweite und weitere Kind einer Familie bis zur Vollendung des 18. Lebensjahres sind befreit. Die Kurtaxe kann bei Anreise in bar bezahlt werden. Veranstaltungen sind auf dem Grundstück nicht gestattet.
