Un hôtel 3* qui en vaut bien 4 !

La chambre était grande, propre, confortable. La piscine est vaste, entourée de transats. Le service est très agréable (il semblait y avoir un problème dans la transmission de notre réservation par Hotels.com, où l'hôtel n'avait pas été informé de l'intégration du petit déjeuner dans le prix payé ; La réceptionniste n'a posé aucun problème et les a tout de suite intégrés). Très bon accueil, même si un mariage était prévu le premier soir, avec la musique associée jusqu'à minuit pile.

Dobry hotel

Hotel spełnił prośbę o lokalizacji na I piętrze, nie było problemu z miejscem parkingowym. Mimo zakręconych grzejników w pokoju było ciepło (koniec października). W łazience ręczniki, suszarka, szampon, żel, mydło. Pokój duży, przestronny, wykładzina na podłodze, dwa fotele i stolik. Śniadania dobre, ser, wędlina, warzywa, omlet, parówki, ciasta. Miła obsługa, szybkie zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.

Away from city centre,wrong address at the site.Difficult to find it.Spacious clean rooms.Nice swimming pool,breakfast needs improvement.The guy at reception was unfriendly.His behavior was total unprofessional.At check out he insisted that we hadn't pay the room.(was prepaid)We talk him to contact with hotels.com and refused.When I called hotels.com he was delaying in purpose to talk to the phone.We lost one hour trying to explain that the room was prepaid.We almost ruin our holidays due to one person's mistake.
