Room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that you can’t use the outlets on the nightstand without having the light switch on. The light switch operates lights around the headboard. So either don’t charge your phone or sleep with the lights on.

Pretty rough. Bed smelled like urine, tv was going out and had a strong tint of blue. Just not what I expected having stayed here before. Disappointing to say the least.

What a great property with amazing hosts! The hosts responded within an hour prior to my trip and everything was very clear cut on check in and check out. The space is inviting, comfortable, serene, and it was the perfect place for my annual solo retreat. Thank you so much and I hope to be back!

Everything was great, only problem was the lake is low at that time so it would be hard to get a boat to the dock. Nice and quiet area close to public boat ramps on lake fork.
