This was the BEST location and amenities for two friends to have a spa getaway at Château Elan. The nearby dining was fantastic. The townhouse was very clean and had everything that we needed. Tania was excellent and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. We cannot wait come back again !

Added Relaxation to a Quiet Getaway Getaway

Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions.

First I will say that at first sight, the property was very nice. It was comfortable and very esthetically pleasing. The owner was communicative and there were no issues during the stay. Unfortunately, after the trip I received communication from the owner that the mattress pad (not the comforter, corner sheet or fitted sheet) was stained and I woukd be charged for it. Ludicrous!! Why would I remove the corner and fitted sheet to sleep on the matress cover and stain it? I will not patronize this owner's property again. I would advise anyone considering doing so to fully examine tbe entirety of the home and take pictures of anything that you even think you could be blamed for altering. I am very very disappointed in the customer service and this false accusation. The owner has motive. I won't be victimized by her again. Beware.
